For the past 16 years, I was known as the SPIN queen teaching SPIN, Boxing, and strength at my PEDAL fitness studios in Southern California.  I’ve also been blessed to travel across the world to film content and partner with global companies to reach the masses with Udaya Yoga & Fitness.  Recently, I've been inspired to focus 1 on 1 with clients with personal training and partnering with health pros around the world to help people find food freedom. I've been married to my husband Branden for 17 years and have 2 beautiful girls where fitness is part of our everyday life. He has been a constant support since Day 1 and we partner together at our personal training studio helping clients achieve their best fitness and health. Growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I was always the chubby friend. I LOVE food! I had very little control and over-ate. In my early 20s, I decided I wanted to feel confident on the beach with my friends, so I stopped eating fast food and started tracking my food. I lost over 30 lbs and I was so proud of myself. The discipline I had and the promise I kept to myself to reach my goal really boosted my confidence. That's when I started SPINNING too and getting more active. This started my true love for moving my body and when I moved to the West Coast, I was inspired to help others feel empowered and inspired by movement and co-founded PEDAL Spin Studios! Fast forward to 2014, after having my second child, I met 2 beautiful and strong friends that encouraged me to enter in an amateur fitness competition. I earned my pro card in my first competition! I love being on stage!! I have competed a total of 8 times and have dropped a lot of body fat just to gain it all back post-show. That rebound is no joke mentally. To be in your best shape aesthetically, just to gain all the body fat back and more, because your metabolism slows down when the body is restricted too long. I've learned so much and had to bust through my own plateaus a few times so my mission is to help others do the same by focusing on 3 things:

INCREASE. ADJUST. RE-EVALUATE.

Through my own journey of fitness competing and transforming my own body, finding balance through nutrition and fitness, managing everyday stressors, and busting through plateaus - I understand when the body is fueled right, the brain fog goes away, you perform better and thrive rather than just survive. There is no reason you can’t be the healthier version of yourself you want but it takes work and most of all have to want it. We’ve been able to help many people over the past few years achieve better health and crush their weight loss and fitness goals by offering accountability and teaching them how to eat and balance blood sugar to feel their best.
